The Family Caregiver Council:
Here for You.

Leaders of national family caregiver organizations, innovative companies in the active aging space, and aging experts have joined together to form a trusted resource to support you, the family caregiver. As this group looked at the needs of millions of family caregivers nationwide, we found that easy access to resources was most in demand—and most lacking. This site is the result of the Council’s combined expertise, and hopes to steer you to information and resources so that you and your family can make smart decisions.

Yesterday, you were a son, daughter or spouse. Today, you are a family caregiver.

As our aging relatives grow older they often require special care – physically, emotionally and financially. In many cases caregiving is required and that responsibility may be yours. We all want to do the right thing for our family but few of us are truly prepared for providing such help. It’s easy to become overwhelmed.

Fortunately, you are not alone. Introducing the Family Caregiver Council – a group comprised of caring professionals well qualified in every aspect of family caregiving. We can help you help those you care about most during this critical time.
